Turkey Breast 'n Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon flour
• 2 (7/8 ounce) packages turkey gravy mix
• 3/4 cup water
• 4 lbs turkey breast
• 2 onions

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 peel onion and cut into quarters.
• 3 shake flour in an oven bag. place in a 13x9x2 inch pan.
• 4 add gravy mix and water to oven bag. squeeze oven bag to blend in flour.
• 5 brush turkey with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. place in oven bag. place onions around turkey.
• 6 close oven bag with nylon tie and cut six 1/2 inch slits in top. tuck ends of bag in pan.
• 7 bake 1 1/4 hours to 2 hours, until meat thermometer reads 170°f let stand in oven bag 10 minutes.
