Ingredients

• 1 loaf frozen bread dough
• 1 1/2 lbs bratwursts or 1 1/2 lbs other sausage
• butter for brushing bread

Recipe

• 1 put frozen dough in refrigerator overnight.
• 2 let stand at room temperature until pliable. cut into nine slices.
• 3 divide meat into nine pieces and roll each into sausage shapes.
• 4 butter hands and stretch dough. wrap dough around the meat.
• 5 place in greased pan about and inch apart.
• 6 cover and let rise until not quite doubled in size.
• 7 bake at 350f for 30 minutes. butter the tops while still hot.
