Treau Ribs

Ingredients

• 2 (4 1/2 ounce) jars peach baby food
• 1/3 cup catsup
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 4 lbs meaty spareribs
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 mix ingredients for sauce.
• 2 rub ribs on both sides with salt.
• 3 place ribs, meat side up in a foil-lined shallow pan.
• 4 bake in a hot oven 450 for 15 minutes.
• 5 spoon off fat.
• 6 pour sauce over ribs.
• 7 continue baking in a 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done, basting several times with the sauce.
