Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricot
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer 5 minutes baste lamb with sauce while cooking spoon any leftover sauce over lamb when serving.
