Sweet And Spicy Asian Lamb (crockpot)

Ingredients

- 3 lbs boneless lamb shoulder
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 -2 tablespoon chili paste with garlic
- 1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 head bok choy or 1 head napa cabbage, shredded
Recipe
- 1 place the lamb in a slow cooker. in a bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients. pour over lamb. cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, until falling apart. shred meat with 2 forks and return to pot.
- 2 add greens and cook on high 1 more hour.
