- 500 g tofu, mashed
- 50 g chicken breasts, mashed
- 50 g egg whites
- 10 g salt
- 50 g parsley or 50 g coriander leaves, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 add salt and egg whites to the mashed tofu and chicken breasts.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 put the chicken and tofu mixture on a plate.
- 4 garnish with parlsey or corriander leaves.
- 5 steam the mixture until its cooked.
- 6 serve hot.
